The installers were very helpful, friendly, and funny! They were a true pleasure to deal with. The salesman we worked with was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. When he came to our home the first time, he was extremely honest about or situation, especially in regards to our air duct issues. Honestly is so valuable; therefore he is extreme value to Hendel’s. After his visit, we cancelled our other estimates and went with the best deal, which of course, was Hendel’s.

Nick and Tommy arrived promptly and installed the 2 A/C units on my home. They worked diligently and cleaned up well. Sam, the technician, worked later to resolve an electrical short. Michael, the installation manager, follow up with me the next day to assure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. All were personable and professional. Bob Yee, the salesman, spent over 2.5 hours with our family explaining about air conditioning and what the home required. Bob knows his business very well and is a patient fellow. Nothing too much for him. No high pressure sale. Installers, Alex and Josue are very experienced. They orchestrated the install from A to Z. The thermostat was carefully explained. Great team work. We were very impressed with all aspects of the operations. The lady who answered the phone was friendly, and send Bob, the salesman out within a day.
